NOTICE! Bicycles are to be picked up in Ebeltoft, Nedergade 34A, unless delivery is requested for an additional fee.

Rental and Deposit Payment
- Rent and deposit are paid in advance.
- Deposit for a regular bike: DKK 250 per bike.
- Deposit for an electric bike: DKK 500 per bike.
- Helmets: 1 day DKK 30. After that DKK 50 for the entire rental period.
- Bags/Baskets: 1 day DKK 30. After that DKK 50 for the entire rental period.
Pickup/Return
Bicycles are picked up at Ebeltoft, Nedergade 34A.
Pick up: Monday to Friday between 2 and 3 PM
Return: Monday to Friday between 3 and 5 PM
Opening Hours
IMPORTANT! Outside of the high season, opening hours are by appointment.
During the high season from July 1st to August 23th, the opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 2 to 5 PM
Saturday to Sunday: CLOSED

Terms of rental
Audes Aps is not liable for damage to real estate or personal property that occurs while the equipment is in the tenant’s possession. Audes Aps is only responsible for personal injury if it is proved that the damage was caused by negligence on the part of Audes Aps.The renter is responsible for the bicycle value in case of loss or accident.Common small repairs and patching (DKK 80, -) is paid by renter.
The rent is calculated on a daily basis. Should vandalism occur, the renter is liable for repairs.The renter is liable for the bicycles value in Danish Kroner (DKK).
Paid rent is not repaid should the renting time be shorter than originally agreed upon.
Should the bicycle be faulty, attributable to Aude’s Aps, the bicycle can be exchanged or repaired free of charge.
